In search of gorillas in Bwindi
Park guides are exceptionally well paid by rural Ugandan standards. Conservation in Uganda is considered a rare success story. Foreign tourists pay more than $300 for the opportunity to track gorillas with no guarantee that they will actually see the great apes.
